I'm new to Reformer Pilates. Can I join?

Absolutely! Studio 345 welcomes everyone, from complete beginners to experienced Pilates enthusiasts. Our instructors will guide you through the equipment, demonstrate each exercise and provide modifications to suit your individual fitness level and experience.

Do I need to book my classes?

Yes. All classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system or app to secure your spot.

How early should I arrive?

If it's your first class, please arrive 15 minutes early. This gives us time to welcome you, show you around the studio, explain the reformer and answer any questions before class begins.

For future classes, we recommend arriving 5 minutes before your scheduled class.

Do I need to check in before class?

Yes. All clients must be checked in before participating in class.

Checking in is an important part of our attendance records, emergency procedures, and insurance requirements. If you arrive after class has started, please wait for your instructor to acknowledge you so they can check you in before you join the class.

What happens if I'm running late?

We understand that life happens. If you arrive after class has started, please enter the studio quietly and wait for your instructor's direction.

Once you've been checked in, your instructor will guide you into the class at an appropriate time to ensure both your safety and the flow of the session.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. We recommend fitted activewear so your instructor can clearly observe your movement and provide technique corrections where needed.

Do I need to wear grip socks?

Yes. Grip socks are mandatory for all classes to ensure safety, hygiene and optimal grip on the reformer.

If you've forgotten your grip socks, don't worry, we have a range of premium grip socks available for purchase at the studio before your class.

Is there a beginner class?

Our classes are designed to cater to a range of experience levels. If you're new to Reformer Pilates, simply let your instructor know before class and we'll help you feel comfortable and confident from your very first session.

What if I have an injury or medical condition?

Please let your instructor know before class. We can often provide exercise modifications; however, some injuries or medical conditions may require clearance from your treating healthcare professional before participating.

Can I attend while pregnant?
